Let's cut to the chase first. You feel like you haven't been able to lose weight or get in shape because you don't have the time to workout or the money to go to a gym, right? Well, guess what, you do have the time and you don't need the money to go to a gym. Everybody's busy and overtasked and so many people are broke but still many people manage to be in great shape and optimal fitness. I'm a busy mother of two with a gazillion things going on from home businesses to t-ball to doctors visits to cooking and cleaning to school activities to toddler-hood, you name it. But I made a conscious decision that I needed to come first in order to keep the ship from sinking. Me first and then everything and everyone else has to fall in line. Here are some things that I had to come to terms with when I began my weightloss/fitness journey and I'd suggest the same for you.
You have to lay away with the excuses once and for all.
You have to take a look in the mirror and decide whether you're truly unhappy with what you see because the road ahead is fun and challenging but it's a choice.
You have to decide to be a warrior, a beast about what you want for yourself.
You have to make an honest commitment to yourself.
You have to feel a sense of entitlement to the vision of yourself that you have in your mind.
So, open yourself up to good, honest, old fashioned hard-knocks love here and watch your body and mind transform. Let's get this party started!
